How it works

Open the pad
Lift the clean-touch pad out of its wrapper. It is dry to the touch and leaves nothing on your hands.

Press the paw
Paw onto the pad, then onto the imprint card. No ink ever touches the paw, so there is nothing to lick off.

The print appears
It develops on the card alone, crisp in seconds. Spare cards are in the box, so a wriggle costs you nothing.

Frame it
Slide the card you like best into the frame that came in the box, and hang it.

Will this work on a pet who will not sit still?
This is the easier of the two kits for a fidget: the press takes a second or two and there is nothing to hold still afterwards. Extra imprint cards are in the box, so you can try more than once. Sleepy pets — after a walk or a meal — cooperate best.
What if the first try goes wrong?
Take another card. The kit comes with extra imprint cards for exactly this, so a smudged first attempt costs you nothing. Keep the pad flat and press the paw straight down rather than dragging it across. If anything arrives missing or broken, email heirpaws.shop@gmail.com and we will put it right.
How long does it take?
A minute or two, start to finish. The print develops on the card in seconds — there is nothing to dry and nothing to come back to later.
Is it safe for my pet?
No ink ever touches the paw. The pad is dry to the touch and the print only appears where the pad has met the special card, so there is nothing left on their fur to lick off. Press gently, with the paw relaxed, and never force a joint.
When will it arrive, and what does delivery cost?

What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the parcel and the contents before you unpack any further, then email heirpaws.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you, and you never pay return postage on a damaged kit. Delivery in full →
How do returns work?
You have 14 days from the day it arrives to change your mind, for any reason at all. Email us with your order number, then post the kit back within 14 days of telling us — on a change-of-mind return the postage back to us is yours to pay. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of the kit reaching us. If a kit is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, stronger rules apply and we cover the postage.
